Linda Hancock grew up as an army brat who travelled internationally with her family as her Dad worked as a dentist within the military. Her childhood wasn’t typical, and that atypical nature has continued as she’s moved through life. She often finds herself drawn to the unknown and isn’t afraid of a new adventure. Linda founded Adam & Eve with 6 college friends, she wrote rape crisis protocol for the National Institute of Mental Health, she was a clicinal psychologist, and she pivoted to a sales rep for a medical equipment company. She has multiple graduate degrees, and has built and sold three companies over her career. Her story is fascinating, and her experience provides a treasure trove of knowledge. This is an episode where a lot of learning is offered. A warning in this episode: due to Linda’s experience in writing rape crisis protocol, there are some stories shared about rape from minutes 31-35, please fast forward through this if this is a sensitive topic for you. As always, we hope you enjoy this episode!
